Are you a football fan? Do you either go to every game or have to watch it on tv? If you said yes to either or both questions, you are part of a huge club here in the U.S. We have so many football fans here, but oddly enough, my husband and I are NOT in that club. His friends make fun of him all the time. I guess we’re weird but we really aren’t in to football. I do like to hear when my college team is winning and like to go to the occasional game since I grew up in a college town, but I’m embarrassed to say that I don’t even know who they are playing this weekend. Shhh, don’t tell!
We do, however, have lots and lots of friends and family who absolutely love football. We like having friends over on the weekends and if it’s a game night, our friends want to watch. It’s great to have some yummy appetizers or finger food to serve them while they’re watching.
These Buffalo Chik’n Biscuit Sliders are easy to make and perfect for tailgating or a gameday party. Made with MorningStar Farms Buffalo Wings, store bought biscuits and bleu cheese dressing. The Buffalo Wings are meatless, so they’re great for vegetarians. They also have a wonderful flavor with a nice spicy kick!
Football season is in full swing and this is a terrific recipe for your favorite game loving sports fan! Buffalo Chik’n Biscuit Sliders are so simple to make and such a satisfying snack when you’re watching the game.
MorningStar Farms products are easy to find at Target in the Meat Alternatives section.
The first step in this recipe is to bake the biscuits. I used store bought biscuit dough to make it easy.
Then bake the Buffalo Wings according to the package instructions. I also got the MorningStar Corn Dogs for the kids since they don’t like spicy foods.
I baked up the whole box of Buffalo Wings which is enough to make 8 sliders. I used 2 wings for each slider.
After the biscuits have cooled, cut them in half horizontally.
Then you spread bleu cheese dressing on each biscuit half. Add lettuce, tomato and two Buffalo Wings for each slider.
And you’re done. Is that quick or what!
I love the combination of the spicy Buffalo Wings and the bleu cheese dressing. Buffalo Chik’n Biscuit Sliders are so delicious and perfect for your next gathering.
