Gluten Free Veggie Pizza is a Freschetta® store bought gluten free cheese pizza topped with lots of fresh veggies you add at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 Freschetta Gluten Free Four Cheese Medley Pizza
  • ½ cup chopped red pepper
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • ½ cup grated carrot

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Remove pizza from package and place on a large cookie sheet lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Distribute veggies evenly on pizza.
  • Bake for 12-18 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Note: do not overbake. You don't want the veggies to be brown.
  • Serve immediately.
