Instructions
First preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Using an muffin scoop or ice cream scoop, fill each well in pan pan about ⅔ full with brownie batter. Bake until edges look set but centers still look a little undercooked, about 15 minutes.
Carefully remove pan from oven and immediately press mini marshmallows into centers. Return pan to oven and bake until marshmallows puff and melt, about 5 minutes.
Cool completely. Then melt chocolate chips in microwave according to package instructions. Be careful not to burn the chocolate. Pour into pastry bag and cut tiny corner for drizzling.
Using a zigzag pattern, drizzle chocolate over the tops of marshmallows, top with sprinkles.
Then break off pieces of chocolate-covered pretzels to create your cup handle. Use the melted chocolate to stick them to sides of brownie cookie cup. Let set before serving. Makes 12-ish cookies. Depending on which mix you use, recipe will make 10-12 cookies.
