I love to start the day with something super healthy and Purple Power Protein Smoothie definitely fits the bill. Loaded with nutrients, antioxidants and fiber from blueberries, pineapples and spinach. A small dose of good fat from almonds.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries 110g
  • 1 cup frozen chopped pineapple 110g
  • ¼ cup fresh spinach 10g
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 21g
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 13g
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds 10g
  • 2 cups water 475mL

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
