Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar free lemonade prepared drink, not powder
  • 1/2 cup vanilla lowfat frozen yogurt
  • 1 packet EAS Vanilla Cream Lean 15 or EAS Vanilla 100% Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3-4 drops lemon food coloring if desired
  • Garnish with fresh lemon slices if desired

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender. Put the lid on and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
