Buffalo Chik’n Biscuit Sliders

How cute is it to use mini biscuits to make buffalo chicken sliders?

Ingredients

  • 1 box MorningStar Farms Buffalo Wings
  • 8 store bought biscuits cut in half
  • ½ cup Bleu cheese dressing
  • 1 cup lettuce chopped
  • 2 plum tomatoes sliced
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  • Bake biscuits according to package instructions. Let cool.
  • Heat Buffalo Wings according to package instructions.
  • Cut biscuits in half. Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on 8 biscuit halves. Place 2 Buffalo Wings on each biscuit half. Top with lettuce, tomato and remaining biscuit halves.
  • Serve immediately or store covered in refrigerator.
