Easy No-Bake Eggnog Cream Pie Recipe

Perfect for the holidays, this easy pie with all the creamy eggnog flavor comes together in just a few minutes. Homemade eggnog pie is like a slice of holiday cheer, no oven needed!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (10-inch)
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding, 5.1 ounces (144g)
  • 1 ½ cups eggnog
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed (plus more for garnish, if desired) (We used Cool Whip - buy two 8 ounce tubs if you want extra for garnish.)
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Pour eggnog into a medium bowl. Add pudding mix and beat by hand or with an electric hand mixer until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and ¼ teaspoon nutmeg. Pour mixture into crust and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle remaining nutmeg on top.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with a dollop of whipped topping, if desired. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.

Notes

Can I add alcohol to this creamy eggnog pie? Yes! For an adult twist, add a tablespoon of rum or brandy to the filling. Just be careful not to add too much, as it can prevent the pie from setting. Try a teaspoon of rum extract for some rum flavor without the alcohol.
