Easy Strawberry Santa Hat Brownie Bites Recipe

They're easy, delicious and super fun to make. I mean, who doesn't love an edible Santa hat!

  • Start by preparing the buttercream frosting. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes. Reduce the speed to low and gradually add the powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla. Once fully incorporated, increase to medium speed and beat for another 3 minutes. Transfer the frosting to a pastry bag fitted with a small round tip (e.g., #5) and set aside.
  • Trim strawberry tops for a flat base to form Santa hats. Pipe frosting onto brownie bites in a circular motion, covering the surface. Place a strawberry on top, cut side down, and pipe a frosting dollop on the tip to complete the hat. Arrange on a serving platter. For best results, prepare the same day as serving.

Notes

If you prefer homemade brownies, use your favorite recipe and bake them in a well-greased mini muffin pan. Personally, I’m a fan of brownie mixes—they’re my favorite!
