Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips, melted (I used dairy free)
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt, room temperature (I used lactose free)
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • First, line an 8-inch x 4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the melted chocolate and Greek yogurt, stirring until smooth and fully incorporated. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and use an offset spatula to smooth the top. Immediately sprinkle with sprinkles over the top. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Cut into small squares with a sharp knife to serve. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

You could add chopped walnuts or pecans to the top instead of sprinkles for less sugar and a little extra protein. Use sugar free chocolate chips to cut down on sugar, if desired.
