How to Make Peppermint Bark Christmas Cracker Toffee
Peppermint Bark Christmas Cracker Toffee with chocolate graham crackers, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candy with pieces of mint oreos on top.
First, preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a 15” x 10” x 1” pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Line up crackers in a single layer on prepared sheet.
Next, melt butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan. For best results, use a candy thermometer. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 to 3 minutes (270 degrees if using a candy thermometer). Then Immediately pour over crackers and spread evenly with a spatula.
Bake 5 minutes or until the candy hardens. Remove from oven.
Immediately sprinkle white chocolate chips over hot toffee. Let melt for a few minutes. Spread over hardened toffee. (If the white chocolate chips didn't melt enough, pop it back in the oven briefly until melted, and spread after that).
Add crushed candy canes and broken up mint Oreo cookies. Let cool completely for at least 30 minutes. Then refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut or break into 24 squares.
Store your Peppermint Bark Christmas Cracker Toffee in an airtight container or freezer bag to keep it fresh. It can be stored at room temperature for a few days or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

• Can I use regular graham crackers instead of chocolate graham crackers? Yes! Regular graham crackers will work, but chocolate graham crackers add a richer, cocoa flavor.• Can I use dark or milk chocolate instead of white chocolate? Absolutely! Substitute any type of chocolate to suit your preference.
