Ingredients

  • 20 vanilla sugar wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melts
  • 1/2 cup white candy melts
  • 20 mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Trim one end of each wafer into a point.
  • Melt pink candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth. If it seems too thick, stir in 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil. Dip flat ends of cookies about ½ inch to create erasers. Place on parchment to set.
  • Melt white candy melts. Add oil, if needed. Dip pointed ends of cookies about ½ inch. Immediately press a mini chocolate chip onto each tip. Place on parchment to set.
  • Let set at room temperature or chill briefly in the refrigerator before serving. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • If candy melts are too thick, stir in 1 teaspoon shortening or coconut oil.
  • Package in cellophane bags with ribbon for an adorable teacher gift.
  • Best served at room temperature—no refrigeration needed unless it’s very warm.
