Gluten Free Veggie Pizza
Gluten Free Veggie Pizza is a Freschetta® store bought gluten free cheese pizza topped with lots of fresh veggies you add at home.
Servings 4 servings
- 1 Freschetta Gluten Free Four Cheese Medley Pizza
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Remove pizza from package and place on a large cookie sheet lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Distribute veggies evenly on pizza.
Bake for 12-18 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Note: do not overbake. You don't want the veggies to be brown.
