Gluten Free Veggie Pizza is a Freschetta® store bought gluten free cheese pizza topped with lots of fresh veggies you add at home.
Freschetta® Gluten Free Pizza is certified by the Celiac Support Association (formerly the Celiac Sprue Association), so this is a crust that all gluten-free eaters can trust. My mom can't have gluten, so this is a great option for our family pizza night when she's visiting us. This Freschetta gluten free pizza has a thin and crispy crust and lots of cheese. Yum!
The addition of my own fresh veggies makes it so healthy and colorful! I try to sneak more veggies into my children's diet anytime I can.
Freschetta Gluten Free Four Cheese Medley Pizza is easy to find at Publix in the frozen section with all the pizzas. And guess what! I've got a coupon to share with you - Save $1.50 on 2 Freschetta's Gluten Free pizzas! The digital coupon runs through 9/6/15.
Freschetta Gluten Free Pizza is available in two flavors: Four Cheese Medley and Pepperoni Pizza.
Putting this pizza together is super simple. Start by chopping up your veggies. Set aside.
Take the pizza out of the packaging and place on a lightly greased pizza pan. Sprinkle the veggies on top.
Bake in a 450°F. oven for 12-18 minutes or until golden brown on the edges. Do not overbake! You don't want the veggies too brown.
Slice it up into 8 sections to make 4 (2-slice) servings! Enjoy!
