Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge is a two-layered fudge with a crunchy peanut butter bottom layer and creamy fudge top layer. It's a chocolate peanut butter lovers dream and so simple to make!
Today I'm sharing another treat from my recipe archives. I'm talking about my old fashioned recipe box that I've had since I was a kid. I tore out this yummy fudge recipe from a magazine many many years ago. Most likely in the 1980s. And I'm so glad I did. The layered effect with contrasting flavors is just so good. I love the crunch of the peanut butter layer and the fudgy creaminess of the chocolate layer.
The holidays are a couple of months away but I recommend that you go ahead and print this recipe out to save for Christmas. It would make a great gift for your neighbor or children's teacher. Pack it in a pretty box, tie it up in a bow and you're good to go. You could also bring it to the Christmas cookie swap. But before you give it away, you might want to make a sample batch for you and your family to do a little taste testing.

I cannot tell you how happy I am to find this recipe. My Grandma had this exact recipe. Although I had her recipe, the measurements were a little off causing my fudge to be a bit grainy. She told me once that her friend cut this recipe out of the newspaper. This is so nostalgic for me. I cannot wait to make it for the holiday! Thank you 100 times over for posting this recipe!! You made my heart smile.
