Making this tasty drink is so easy to make. Start by chopping up 5 cups of fresh watermelon. Add to a blender along with the juice of one lemon. Pour in a bit of honey and blend until smooth. Taste it to see if it's sweet enough. If not, add more honey.
Pour into a strainer.
Let the strained watermelon mixture drain into a medium sized bowl.
Divide watermelon juice equally into four glasses filled with ice. Pour sparkling water over the juice until glass is filled.
Add fresh mint leaves and you're ready to enjoy a nice tall glass of Florida Watermelon Fizz. Perfect for an outdoor celebration or Summer barbecue. Your guests will love this delicious beverage!
